Dosing and pump accessories
Suction lance

A suction lance is inserted into the tank from which the liquid is to be drawn. This ranges from small 5-liter jerrycans to 1,000-liter IBC containers. The suction lances have an integrated foot valve and low-level float.
Pressure holding valve
Overpressure valve

The pressure-holding valve is used in systems where insufficient or fluctuating back pressures are present. The pressure-holding valve ensures a constant back pressure on the dosing pump for accurate dosing.
This valve can also be used as an overpressure valve. It will open at the set pressure to protect the system against excessive pressure.
Single-walled and double-walled dosing line

Injection valve

An injection valve is screwed into the system into which you want to inject the product. On the other side, you connect the flexible discharge side of the dosing pump. A check valve, whether spring-loaded or not, prevents backflow from the system and provides the correct back pressure for accurate operation of the dosing pump.
Dosing tanks with pump, mixer and level measurement

PE dosing tanks with mounted dosing pump, mixer, and level measurement. The level can be monitored remotely using radar or ultrasonic measurement.

Piping components

Piping components to monitor or enhance pump operation. This ranges from pulsation dampers and pressure gauges to motorized valves.
